Hopeland Farm was originally a tobacco farm, and has been in Max’s family for over 50 years. We (Max and Jen) got married here in June 2017, lived in the Stone House from 2017 - 2022, and moved into the Red House as our family has grown.
We love that folks from around the world get to call the farm “home,” even if only for a few nights. We’re on 100 acres and there are some great paths to follow around the property if you’re so inclined!
We have 35 Karakul sheep, 3 ducks, 2 barn cats, and a lively but friendly German Shorthaired Pointer named Gatsby.
